Here is the B3 Speed Training Program

Add the B3 Bands to create a deeper fatigue in your Speed Training which translates to better results!

Examples of Exercises you can do with Bands:
- Speed Ladder Drills
- Bursts
- Vertimax Drills
- Cone Drills
- Box Jumps
- Sport Specific Movements

If you are already doing speed training, continue your same exercises with the Bands.
